Presented by the Thunder Bay Health Unit. Food is getting more and more difficult to afford. This has negative consequences for the health of individuals, communities and society as a whole.
In this presentation we’ll discuss some tips for grocery shopping and meal planning while keeping costs in mind, as well as ideas and resources for helping improve access to food for all.
