Living with a chronic health condition can be tough, but you do not have to do it alone. This 6-week workshop brings together people who are going through a similar experience to learn and support each other.
Meeting once a week for 2.5 hours, this program helps you:
Build confidence and stay active.
Learn practical decision-making skills for everyday health challenges.
Use simple action planning to set and reach your personal goals.
